The NLF4 is a heavy-duty 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder for thick plate from 0.8 to 9.0 mm. It combines decoiling, straightening and precision feeding in one compact unit that installs without a pit and saves floor space.
What Is a 3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder?
A 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder integrates a coil decoiler, a straightener (leveler) and a servo feeder into a single machine. This design removes the footprint of a separate decoiler-to-leveler connection, ideal for thick and high-strength coil feeding.
The NLF4 processes hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils from 70 to 1300 mm wide and up to 10000 kg. Hydraulic coil expansion, a servo feed motor and touchscreen PLC control deliver ±0.15 mm accuracy at up to 22 m/min.
