The NLF2 is a 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder for medium-thick plate from 0.5 to 4.5 mm. It combines decoiling, straightening and precision feeding in one compact unit with a short, single material path.
What Is a 3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder?
A 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder integrates a coil decoiler, a straightener (leveler) and a servo feeder into a single machine. This design removes the footprint of a separate decoiler-to-leveler connection, ideal for medium-thick coil feeding.
The NLF2 processes hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils from 70 to 1000 mm wide and 3000 to 5000 kg (7000 kg optional). Hydraulic coil expansion, a servo feed motor and PLC touchscreen control deliver ±0.15 mm accuracy at 22 m/min.
