The NLF3 is a 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder for medium-thick plate from 0.6 to 6.0 mm. It combines decoiling, straightening and precision feeding in one compact unit that installs without a pit and saves floor space.
What Is a 3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder?
A 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder integrates a coil decoiler, a straightener (leveler) and a servo feeder into a single machine. This design removes the footprint of a separate decoiler-to-leveler connection, ideal for medium-thick coil feeding.
The NLF3 processes hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils from 70 to 1600 mm wide and up to 15000 kg. Hydraulic coil expansion, a servo feed motor (4.4-15 kW by width) and touchscreen PLC control deliver ±0.15 mm accuracy at 16-24 m/min.
