The NLF1 is a 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder for medium-thin plate from 0.2 to 3.2 mm. It combines decoiling, straightening and precision feeding in one compact unit with a short, single material path.
What Is a 3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder?
A 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder integrates a coil decoiler, a straightener (leveler) and a servo feeder into a single machine. This design removes the footprint of a separate decoiler-to-leveler connection, ideal for medium-thin coil feeding.
The NLF1 processes cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils from 50 to 800 mm wide and 3000 to 5000 kg (7000 kg optional). Six upper and five lower work rolls provide fine thin-sheet leveling, with ±0.15 mm accuracy at 16 m/min.
