Zigzag servo feeder — the Jingcui NCF Series combines a servo roller feeder with an independent oscillating box for X-axis (left-right) lateral shift, nesting round blanks on the strip to save material in circle blanking, while closed-loop servo control holds feeding accuracy within ±0.03mm.
What Is a Zigzag Servo Feeder?
A zigzag servo feeder builds on a standard NC servo roller feeder. The roller feeder advances the coil strip forward as usual. An add-on oscillating box — a caterpillar/track traverse plus a drive (power) electrical box — then shifts the strip laterally (X-axis, left to right) to nest round blanks in a staggered layout.
This lateral (X-axis) oscillation is what separates a zigzag feeder from a standard NC servo roll feeder. Instead of laying round blanks in a single straight line, the machine offsets each row so blanks interlock. As a result, you blank more parts from the same coil and throw away less scrap. Exact saving depends on blank diameter and layout.

Two thickness grades are available. The standard NCF version handles 0–3.2mm material, while the “A” version (NFC-xA) handles 0–4.5mm. Both use 2.0mm as standard thickness; all other parameters are identical. Non-standard sizes can be customized.
