What Is a Roller Feeder?
A roller feeder advances strip into a press using a clamp-and-feed roller mechanism. A one-way bearing drives the rollers in step with the press crank.
The RFS Series adds a disc brake and reverse device for instant stop and zero backfeed. This keeps feeding precise at high speed.
What Is a Precision Roller Leveler?
A precision roller leveler removes coil curvature and residual stress from thin stock. It passes the strip through offset rollers that apply reverse bending. The load releases gradually for a consistent, flat band.
The DL Series adds a second fine-leveling group. Compared with a single-stage machine, it achieves better flatness and higher speed on thin material.
