Q&A

We design and manufacture stamping automation feeding equipment across six product series: Servo & NC Feeders (30 models covering 100–1300mm material width with ±0.3mm precision), 3-in-1 Feeders (4 models that combine decoiling, leveling, and feeding in one machine), Leveling Machines (8 models handling 0.3–6mm material thickness), Handling Robots (4 models with 4-axis and 6-axis options, cycle time as low as 5 seconds per piece), Coil Handling equipment (5 models from 500kg light-duty to 10-ton heavy-duty), and Special Purpose Machines including shears, cutters, and belt receivers. In total, we offer 30 standard models plus custom-engineered solutions for non-standard applications.

Absolutely — it’s one of the most common questions we get. Just share what you know about your material (type, width, thickness, and coil weight), your press (tonnage, stroke rate, and feed height), and what you’re stamping with your target output in pieces per day. Send whatever you have to our engineering team via WhatsApp or the contact form, and we’ll recommend the right configuration — no cost, no obligation.

A standard NC servo feeder is a standalone feeding unit that works with a separate decoiler and leveler, making it ideal when you already have material handling equipment or need flexibility swapping between press lines. A 3-in-1 feeder combines decoiling, leveling, and feeding into one integrated machine, saving approximately 40% floor space, reducing coil changeover time, and simplifying the entire line layout. It’s our recommended solution for new production lines or factory upgrades where space and efficiency matter most.

Yes — this is one of our core strengths. With 22 years of stamping automation experience, we’ve built a modular engineering system that allows us to customize material width and thickness ranges beyond standard specs, feed length and multi-stage feeding programs, special material handling for coated or thin-gauge or high-strength steel, and integration with existing press lines. We design to your part, your press, and your production target. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a custom proposal within 3–5 working days.

Our standard NC servo feeders achieve ±0.02mm to ±0.3mm depending on the model — our 3-in-1 NCF series delivers ±0.15mm, the 6-axis handling robot achieves ±0.05mm repeatability, and the NCF series NC servo feeders are rated at ±0.3mm. All servo-driven models use Yaskawa or Mitsubishi drive systems for reliable, repeatable accuracy you can count on.

Standard models in stock ship within 7–15 working days after technical confirmation, built-to-order standard models take 15–25 working days, custom configurations need 25–35 working days, and complete turnkey lines typically take 30–60 working days depending on complexity. We confirm a firm delivery date in your quotation, and if you have an urgent project, let us know — we keep buffer stock on popular models and can often accelerate delivery.

All equipment is packed in fumigated plywood export crates with anti-rust VCI film wrapping, moisture-proof sealing, and reinforced corners, with each crate clearly labeled with handling instructions. We work with all major shipping lines and can arrange FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen or CIF to your port, air freight for urgent small parts, and LCL consolidation for trial orders. Typical ocean transit times are 7–10 days to Southeast Asia, 15–20 days to the Middle East, and 25–35 days to South America.

Yes, our engineers can travel to your factory for on-site installation and commissioning, line integration with your existing press, operator training covering operation and basic maintenance, and a production trial run with formal sign-off. We typically dispatch 1–2 engineers for 3–7 days depending on the scope, with travel and accommodation costs quoted separately. For simpler standard machines, we provide detailed English installation manuals and video call support.

Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation and 70% T/T balance before shipment, after factory testing and your video confirmation that the machine runs to spec. We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders, and for first-time trial orders we can discuss flexible terms on a case-by-case basis. All prices are quoted in USD FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise specified.

One unit. We’re a manufacturer, not a trading company — we don’t force you to buy container loads. Many of our long-term clients started with a single NC servo feeder to test our quality, then expanded to full lines. That said, ordering 3 or more machines or a complete line allows us to offer volume pricing and consolidated shipping savings.

Every machine comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning or 14 months from shipment, whichever comes first, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We maintain a stocked spare parts warehouse, and commonly requested parts like sensors, rollers, pneumatic components, and drives are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. We also provide a recommended spare parts list with every machine so you can plan preventive maintenance from day one.

We welcome factory visits. Our smart factory is located in Shunde, Foshan — the heart of China’s stamping automation equipment cluster — approximately 80 km from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, 40 km from Guangzhou South Railway Station, and 120 km from Shenzhen Shekou Port. During your visit, you can see our production floor, watch a live machine demonstration, and meet the engineering team. Contact us to schedule, and we’ll help with hotel and transport arrangements.

Jingcui was founded in 2003 — that’s 22 years focused exclusively on stamping automation feeding equipment, with RMB 12 million in registered capital, 10+ patents (both invention and utility model), a smart factory upgraded in 2025, and 59 standard models across 6 series exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. We’re not a trading company — we design, manufacture, and service every machine ourselves, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know what works on a real production floor.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, and select product series are CE-certified for the European market. Our quality control follows a three-stage inspection protocol — incoming QC, in-process QC, and final QC — and every machine undergoes a pre-shipment load test in our factory. You can watch the test on video or visit in person before you pay the balance, so there are no surprises when the crate arrives at your dock.

Our equipment serves automotive parts manufacturers stamping seat frames, door hinges, and brake pad backing plates; home appliance factories producing AC housings, refrigerator door panels, and microwave cavities; general hardware and metal parts shops; lighting fixture manufacturers; and office and home furniture producers. If your industry isn’t listed here, just ask — over 22 years we’ve handled a lot of different applications, and chances are yours is one of them.

Not at all. We provide lifetime technical support on every machine we ship — phone, WhatsApp, and video call support remain free after the 12-month warranty, spare parts are sold at cost price without markup, and on-site service visits can be arranged and quoted case by case. We still support machines shipped over 15 years ago. It’s a simple philosophy: if your production line is running, we both win — if it’s down, we both lose.
