Precision Roller Leveling for Thin Coil

A precision roller leveler flattens thin coil for high-speed stamping. The Jingcui DL Series handles material from 0.1 to 0.6 mm. It delivers a flat, stable strip for demanding 3C electronics parts.

This dual stage leveler uses two roller groups. A rough group and a fine group work in one pass for superior flatness. This corrective roller leveling removes coil curvature cleanly.

What Is a Precision Roller Leveler?

A precision roller leveler removes coil curvature and residual stress from thin stock. It passes the strip through offset rollers that apply reverse bending. The load releases gradually for a consistent, flat band.

The DL Series adds a second fine-leveling group. Compared with a single-stage machine, it achieves better flatness and higher speed on thin material.

Applications

High-speed, high-precision leveling of thin coil
3C electronics, phone and PC accessory stamping
Terminals, shielding covers, and motor lamination stamping
Thin copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized strip leveling
Leveling strip for appliance metal stamping and motor lamination blanks

Key Features

Two-Stage Straightening

No mid-run re-adjustment is needed. Flatness stays consistent from head to tail during straightening.

Oil-Free Bearings

Roller journal bearings need no lubrication. They resist wear and produce no oil or grease contamination.

VFD-Synchronized Drive

A frequency converter drives the leveler in sync with press speed. This keeps feeding steady and smooth.

Four-Point Independent Adjustment

Operators set the straightening gap precisely. Independent four-point control enables accurate roller adjustment.

Multi-Voltage Support

The precision roller leveler accepts AC 220V, 380V, 415V, and 440V. It suits different regional power supplies.

Line Integration

The DL precision roller leveler works within your straightener machine lineup. Combine it with a servo feeder for precise, synchronized thin-strip feeding.

FAQ

What thickness does this precision roller leveler handle?

It handles 0.1 to 0.6 mm thin coil. The width ranges from 100 to 300 mm by model.

What does dual-stage straightening mean?

Two roller groups work in one pass. A rough group levels first, then a fine group refines the strip for superior flatness.

Does it need bearing lubrication?

No. The roller bearings are oil-free and maintenance-free. They create no oil or grease contamination.

What voltages does it support?

It supports AC 220V, 380V, 415V, and 440V for different regional grids.
