Decoil and Straighten in One Station

A coil cradle straightener combines two jobs in one unit. The Jingcui CL Series supports the coil on a manual expansion mandrel. It then feeds the strip directly into straightening rollers.

This 2-in-1 decoiler straightener saves floor space and process steps. It delivers a flat, stable band for downstream feeding and stamping.

What Is a Coil Cradle Straightener?

A coil cradle straightener holds and levels coil stock at the same time. The cradle pays off the coil while the rollers flatten it. Combined decoiling and straightening removes a separate machine from your line.

The CL Series uses manual coil expansion for simple, reliable operation. Its standardized 370 mm inner diameter and 1000 mm outer diameter make coil changeover fast.

Applications

Coil decoiling and straightening before continuous stamping
Hardware stamping parts production
Home appliance and electronics metal stamping
Automotive panel and lighting part stamping
Coil pre-processing for appliance metal stamping of housings and frames

Key Features

2-in-1 Design

Decoiling and straightening happen in one unit. The coil cradle straightener cuts your machine count and floor footprint.

Manual Coil Expansion

Simple, reliable operation suits small and medium-batch stamping. Operators load and change coils quickly without complex tooling.

Reverse-Bending Straightening

Rollers remove coil curvature and internal stress. The output strip is flat and stable for accurate stamping.

Standardized Coil Size

Uniform 370 mm ID and 1000 mm OD simplify changeover. Your coil stock fits without extra adapters.

Reinforced “A” Option

The A model extends thickness to 3.2 mm. It also raises power and coil capacity for heavier loads.

Line Integration

The CL series works as part of a straightener machine lineup. Add a servo feeder downstream to complete the coil-to-press flow.

FAQ

What does this coil cradle straightener do?

It decoils and straightens coil stock in a single station. This removes the need for a separate decoiler before flattening.

What is the difference between the standard and A model?

The A model raises the thickness limit to 3.2 mm. It also has higher motor power and coil weight capacity.

What coil sizes does it accept?

It accepts a 370 mm inner diameter and 1000 mm outer diameter. Coil weight ranges from 400 to 800 kg by model.

Does it use automatic expansion?

No, the CL Series uses manual expansion. This keeps operation simple and the structure reliable.
