Compact Automatic Material Rack for Precision Stamping
The MT-100 is an automatic material rack for the first station of precision stamping lines. It uncoils thin, light coil up to 160 mm wide and 150 kg in weight. Its cross-bar-free design keeps the footprint small while rotation stays smooth.

What Is an Automatic Material Rack?
An automatic material rack is a motor-driven payoff unit for thin strip. The MT-100 uses a vertical spindle with no cross-bar. The coil mounts, expands by synchronized hand-crank, then pays out under motor drive.
It feeds in sync with a servo feeder and press. The light-duty tier (below MT-200) offers a compact, low-maintenance option for small runs.
Applications
- Thin-strip uncoiling at precision stamping lines
- Copper, aluminum, and stainless thin strip
- Electronic hardware, connectors, and terminals
- Film and plastic recoiling (dual-function)
- Thin-strip payoff for appliance metal stamping

Key Features
Vertical Spindle, No Cross-Bar
The cross-bar-free design saves floor space. Smooth rotation prevents soft-strip stretching.
Light-Duty Tier
Below MT-200 is the light-duty range. This unit handles ≤160 mm width and ≤150 kg weight.
Motorized Payoff
A 1/2 HP motor drives the coil in sync with your servo feeder and press.
Synchronized Hand-Crank Expansion
Coils tension together for faster changeover and better centering.

Line Integration
Pair the MT-100 with a servo NC feeder upstream of your press. For full coil setups, see our coil handling range. We also supply handling robots for downstream parts.
FAQ
What does this automatic material rack handle?
It handles copper, aluminum, and stainless thin strip up to 160 mm wide and 150 kg.
Can it recoil non-metal coils?
Yes. The dual-function design also unwinds and rewinds film and plastic coils.
How does the expansion work?
All spindles tension together via a synchronized hand-crank for faster changeover.
