High-Speed Leveling for Motor Laminations

A high speed loop straightener feeds thin lamination stock at high rates. The Jingcui JRS Series handles 0.1 to 1.0 mm silicon steel and similar material. It reaches a maximum feeding speed of 60 m/min.

This straightener adds a buffer loop between decoiling and feeding. The loop keeps the press and feeder fully synchronized at high speed.

What Is a High Speed Loop Straightener?

A high speed loop straightener levels thin coil and buffers it in a loop. The loop stores material between the decoiler and the feeder. This absorbs speed changes so the press runs smoothly.

The JRS Series offers two loop types. The S-type uses a longer S-loop for smoother high-speed feeding. The U-type uses a compact U-loop that prioritizes flatness for transformer and motor cores.

Applications

Motor stator and rotor lamination high-speed stamping
EI/UI transformer core and reactor sheet blanking
High-speed blanking of silicon steel, carbon steel, and stainless strip
Electronics, electrical, toy, and auto-parts continuous stamping
High-speed straightening for motor stator/rotor and appliance metal stamping

Key Features

Double-Head Decoiler

The built-in double-head decoiler simplifies operation. It runs in full compatibility with high-speed presses.

S/U-Type Guide System

Optical PC control with a VFD manages speed changes. The material loop buffers smoothly for steady feeding.

Full Press Synchronization

Variable-frequency speed control reaches up to 60 m/min. It matches the rhythm of high-speed stamping.

High-Speed, High-Rigidity Frame

A rigid frame with ample power delivers stable high-speed feeding. This boosts productivity and extends machine life.

Thin Silicon-Steel Capability

It handles 0.1 to 1.0 mm thin stock. Suited for silicon steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel blanking.
