Compact Straightening for Thin Coil

A single stage straightener flattens thin coil with one roller group. The Jingcui BSL Series handles material from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. It feeds a flat, stable strip into precision stamping lines.

This space-saving machine uses a single correction group plus two pull rollers. It delivers dependable flatness at an economical cost.

What Is a Single Stage Straightener?

A single stage straightener levels stock in one pass through one roller group. Offset rollers apply reverse bending to remove coil curvature and internal stress. Pull rollers then provide stable traction for smooth feeding.

The BSL Series uses 9 upper and 10 lower correction rollers with two Ø54 mm pull rollers. This simpler design is compact, low-cost, and easy to maintain.

Applications

Medium-to-high precision leveling of thin coil
3C electronics, phone and PC accessory stamping
Terminal, hardware, and home-appliance part stamping
Thin copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized strip leveling
Thin-plate leveling for appliance metal stamping of housings and fittings

Key Features

Consistent Flatness

No mid-run re-adjustment is needed during straightening. Flatness stays consistent from head to tail.

Oil-Free Bearings

Roller journal bearings require no lubrication. They resist wear and create no oil or grease contamination.

VFD-Synchronized Drive

A frequency converter synchronizes the machine with press speed. This keeps thin-strip feeding smooth and steady.

Dedicated Pull Rollers

Two Ø54 mm pull rollers provide stable traction. They keep thin material feeding without slipping or buckling.

Compact and Economical

The single stage straightener saves floor space and maintenance time. It offers a low operating cost for precision stamping.

Line Integration

The BSL Series works inside your straightener machine lineup. Pair it with a servo feeder for synchronized thin-strip feeding.

FAQ

What thickness does this single stage straightener handle?

It handles 0.1 to 0.5 mm thin coil. The width ranges from 100 to 300 mm by model.

How does it differ from a dual-stage machine?

It uses one correction roller group instead of two. The single-stage design is more compact and economical.

What are the pull rollers for?

Two Ø54 mm pull rollers provide stable traction. They keep thin material feeding smoothly without slipping.

Does it need bearing lubrication?

No. The roller bearings are oil-free and maintenance-free.
