Five-Axis Swing Arm Robot for Stamping Part Handling

The XTCY05Z-A-1205 is a five axis swing arm robot built for metal stamping part loading and unloading. It handles light stamped workpieces and links with gear, pneumatic and hydraulic presses. Five-axis coordinated motion delivers smooth, efficient transfer.

What Is a Five Axis Swing Arm Robot?

A five axis swing arm robot is a swing-arm manipulator with five motions: lifting, swinging, forward/back, rotation and flipping. This structure suits progressive and single-press multi-die stamping lines, handling parts from one die to the next.

It delivers a 5 kg rated load, 1450 mm motion radius and ±0.1 mm repeatability. Floor-standing installation with an optional base lets you set up or reconfigure lines quickly.

Applications

Hardware stamping part handling and loading/unloading
Press loading/unloading automation to replace manual labor
Progressive and single-press multi-die stamping lines
Flipping and stacking light stamped parts
Loading and unloading for appliance metal stamping lines
