Compact Uncoiler for Light-Gauge Stamping

The CR-100 is a light duty decoiler built for the first station of precision stamping lines. It uncoils thin, light coil up to 160 mm wide and 100 kg in weight. Low-inertia rotation keeps soft strip like copper and aluminum from stretching, so downstream parts stay accurate.

What Is a Light Duty Decoiler?

A light duty decoiler is a compact payoff unit for thin strip. The CR-100 uses a vertical spindle. The coil mounts on the spindle and pays out under motor drive.

It feeds in sync with a servo feeder and press. Independent manual expansion locks each coil, so changeovers stay simple. This unit suits small runs and tight floors.

Applications

Thin-strip uncoiling at precision stamping lines
Copper, aluminum, and stainless thin strip
Electronic hardware, connectors, and terminals
Film and plastic recoiling (dual-function)
Thin-strip payoff for appliance metal stamping

Key Features

Vertical Spindle, Low Inertia

The compact vertical design saves floor space. Smooth rotation prevents soft-strip stretching.

Light-Gauge Precision

Rated for ≤160 mm width and ≤100 kg weight. It targets thin strip and precision stamping.

Motorized Payoff

A 1/2 HP motor drives the coil in sync with your servo feeder and press.

Plug-and-Play

Simple structure means low maintenance and fast setup for lightweight production.

Line Integration

Pair the CR-100 with a servo NC feeder upstream of your press. For full coil setups, see our coil handling range. We also supply handling robots for downstream parts.

FAQ

What materials can this light duty decoiler handle?

It handles copper, aluminum, and stainless thin strip up to 160 mm wide and 100 kg.

Can it recoil non-metal coils?

Yes. The dual-function design also unwinds and rewinds film and plastic coils.

Is the CR-100 hard to maintain?

No. Its simple structure needs little maintenance, ideal for lightweight production.
