Handle Thick Coil in One Reinforced Unit

A thick plate decoiler straightener combines coil payoff and leveling for heavy stock. The Jingcui SJR Series is built for medium-to-thick coil from 0.5 to 6.0 mm. It feeds a flat, stable strip into your stamping line.

This 2-in-1 thick plate leveler uses a reinforced frame and higher motor power. It handles thicker plate and heavier coil than standard cradle units.

What Is a Thick Plate Decoiler Straightener?

A thick plate decoiler straightener decoils and levels thicker coil in one station. The manually expanded mandrel pays off the coil while the rollers flatten it. Combining these steps saves space and shortens setup.

The SJR Series comes in two thickness ratings. Type A covers 0.5 to 4.5 mm. Type B extends to 1.0 to 6.0 mm for the heaviest stock.

Applications

Coil decoiling and straightening before continuous stamping
Hardware stamping and sheet-metal parts
Automotive structural parts, chassis brackets, door locks, brake backing plates
Appliance housings, lighting, and machine parts
Thick-plate straightening for appliance metal stamping of housings and panels

Key Features

2-in-1 Thick-Plate Design

Decoiling and straightening share one reinforced unit. This thick plate decoiler straightener cuts floor space and process steps for heavy stock.

Wide Thickness Range

It handles a broad 0.5 to 6.0 mm range with easy loading. Fast changeover suits varied stamping rhythms.

Japanese Electrical Components

The control box uses Japanese electronic components. They deliver low failure rates and a long service life.

High-Hardness Bearing-Steel Rollers

Rollers are heat-treated, chrome-plated, and ground. High hardness and wear resistance keep precision stable over time.

Thick-Material Hold-Down and VFD

A built-in hold-down improves straightening on thick stock. The variable-frequency drive enables smooth speed control.
