Compact Automatic Material Rack for Precision Stamping
The MT-100 is an automatic material rack for the first station of precision stamping lines. It uncoils thin, light coil up to 160 mm wide and 150 kg in weight. Its cross-bar-free design keeps the footprint small while rotation stays smooth.
What Is an Automatic Material Rack?
An automatic material rack is a motor-driven payoff unit for thin strip. The MT-100 uses a vertical spindle with no cross-bar. The coil mounts, expands by synchronized hand-crank, then pays out under motor drive.
It feeds in sync with a servo feeder and press. The light-duty tier (below MT-200) offers a compact, low-maintenance option for small runs.
