3-in-1 Servo Decoiler Straightener Feeder for Medium-Thin Plate (0.2-3.2mm)

The NLF1 is a 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder for medium-thin plate from 0.2 to 3.2 mm. It combines decoiling, straightening and precision feeding in one compact unit with a short, single material path.

What Is a 3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder?

A 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder integrates a coil decoiler, a straightener (leveler) and a servo feeder into a single machine. This design removes the footprint of a separate decoiler-to-leveler connection, ideal for medium-thin coil feeding.

The NLF1 processes cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils from 50 to 800 mm wide and 3000 to 5000 kg (7000 kg optional). Six upper and five lower work rolls provide fine thin-sheet leveling, with ±0.15 mm accuracy at 16 m/min.

Applications

Electronics and appliance thin-sheet stamping
Hardware stamping parts
Automotive thin-sheet part stamping
Medium-thin plate coil feeding
Lines for appliance metal stamping

Key Features

3-in-1 Compact Design

One material path from coil payoff to feeding, installing without a pit.

Medium-Thin Plate Handling

Up-6/down-5 fine work rolls provide precise thin-sheet leveling.

Servo Precision Feed

Servo motor sized by width (2.9-4.4 kW) achieves ±0.15 mm accuracy.

Hydraulic Coil Expansion

Hydraulic expansion ensures secure coil loading and fast changeover.

Optional Upgrades

Coil weight and uncoil motor upgrades for heavier coils.

Line Integration

Pair the NLF1 3-in-1 feeder directly with a press for medium-thin plate stamping. Compare with our servo NC feeders and handling robots for a complete line.

FAQ

What thickness can the NLF1 handle?

0.2 to 3.2 mm, with maximum width varying by thickness per the capacity table.

What materials does it process?

Cold-rolled, galvanized and stainless steel coils.

How accurate is the feeding?

±0.15 mm feed accuracy via an AC servo feed motor.

Does it need a foundation pit?

No. The compact 3-in-1 design installs without a pit.
