Save Floor Space with a Combined Unit

A 2-in-1 decoiler straightener merges coil payoff and leveling into one machine. The Jingcui UL Series supports the coil on a manual expansion mandrel. It then levels the strip in a single pass.

This combined decoiler leveler removes a separate decoiler from your line. It gives you a flat, stable band for downstream feeding and stamping.

What Is a 2-in-1 Decoiler Straightener?

A 2-in-1 decoiler straightener performs two functions at one station. The cradle holds and pays off the coil while the rollers flatten it. Combining these steps saves space and shortens setup.

The UL Series covers 200 to 600 mm material width. Standard models handle 0.35 to 2.7 mm thickness. Reinforced A models extend to 3.2 mm for heavier stock.

Applications

Coil decoiling and straightening before continuous stamping
Hardware stamping parts
Home appliance and electronics stamping
Automotive hardware and lighting part production
Combined decoiling and leveling for appliance metal stamping

Key Features

Space-Saving 2-in-1 Design

Decoiling and straightening share one compact unit. This 2-in-1 decoiler straightener reduces floor space and process steps.

Reverse-Bending Straightening

Rollers remove coil curvature and internal stress. The output strip is flat and stable for accurate forming.

Manual Coil Expansion

Simple, reliable cradle expansion keeps operation straightforward. Operators change coils without complex tooling.

Reinforced A Model

The A option extends thickness to 3.2 mm. Higher motor power and coil capacity handle heavier loads.

Standardized Coil Size

Uniform 450–530 mm ID and 1300 mm OD support smooth changeovers and line integration.

Line Integration

The UL Series fits inside a full straightener line. Pair it with a servo or NC feeder and a c oil handling system to automate your stamping flow.

FAQ

What does a 2-in-1 decoiler straightener do?

It decoils and levels coil stock in one station. This eliminates a separate decoiler from your production line.

What is the maximum coil weight?

Standard models carry 1000 kg. A models carry up to 3000 kg on the larger widths.

What thickness does it handle?

Standard models handle 0.35 to 2.7 mm. A models extend to 3.2 mm for thicker stock.

How wide is the material range?

It covers 200 to 600 mm across five model sizes.
