Automatic Straightening for a Wide Range of Coil

A coil straightener flattens metal coil before stamping. The Jingcui TL Series handles material from 0.35 to 3.2 mm in widths up to 1600 mm. It feeds a flat, stable band into automated stamping lines.

This automatic coil straightener covers eleven width models. It is the key link between decoiling and feeding for stable production.

What Is a Coil Straightener?

A coil straightener removes coil-set curvature from coiled metal. Offset rollers apply reverse bending to release curvature and internal stress. The result is a flat strip ready for accurate forming.

The TL Series uses a single correction roller group. Standard models handle 0.35 to 2.7 mm. Reinforced A and B types extend to 3.2 mm with higher motor power.

Applications

Coil straightening before stamping operations
Continuous stamping of automotive panels and appliance housings
Hardware part production
Electronic and electrical component stamping
Automatic leveling of medium-to-thin (0.35–3.2 mm) coil
Coil straightening for appliance metal stamping and general press stamping

Key Features

Wide Width Range

Eleven models cover 150 to 1600 mm. The coil straightener handles narrow strip to full-width coil.

Reverse-Bending Straightening

Rollers apply reverse bending to remove coil-set and internal stress. The output strip is flat and stable.

Reinforced A/B Option

A and B types extend thickness to 3.2 mm. Higher motor power handles thicker, heavier loads.

Line Integration

It works with presses, feeders, and decoilers. Together they form an automated stamping line.

Rigid, Stable Frame

Power is staged by width for strong straightening force. Frequency-converter speed control minimizes strip jitter.

Line Integration

The TL coil straightener fits within your straightener machines lineup. Add a servo or NC feeder and a coil decoiler for a complete system.

FAQ

What width does this coil straightener cover?

It covers 150 to 1600 mm across eleven models. The largest model handles full-width coil.

What thickness does it handle?

Standard models handle 0.35 to 2.7 mm. A and B types extend to 3.2 mm for thicker stock.

What materials does it straighten?

It handles steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper.

What is the A/B reinforced option?

A and B types raise the thickness limit and motor power. They suit thicker, heavier loads.
